25 years in the grain industry starting as a shed hand in a grading facility in Moree to operations management to now director of FIS Consultancy in Toowoomba offering grain brokerage and agri business consultancy. Have been the past president of the Australian Mungbean Association (and current secretary), active member of the Australian Summer Grains Conference Committee for 6 years and hold current office as the treasurer.
